I am so looking forward to your upcoming appointment! I know that seeing a new stylist can feel overwhelming and you've probably got a few questions. I want to set you up for success so here are answers to my most commonly asked questions from new guests:

Where is the salon?
My Salon Suite building is very easy to find. It is located at: 3192 S Linden Rd

Where do I park?
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your scheduled appointment. This will give you time to find a parking spot and enter the building by your scheduled appointment time.

How do I enter?
My Salon Suite entry system allows you to connect directly to the monitor in my suite. Just let me know when you've arrived and I'll buzz you in!

What do I do inside the lobby?
Here is a peek at what your check-in experience will look like at the salon. There is no front desk team at this location.
You will enter the building through the double doors and page me through the intercom/security system that is located inside the lobby.
On the Keypad, enter the numbers 304 then the little green bell to ring into my intercom.

If you are arriving after 5pm you will need to page me through the intercom outside to gain lobby entry.

How do I know I'll be happy with my hair?
First, please know that is my #1 goal too which is why our visit will start with a full 15 minute consultation where we will go over your hair history, goals for today, and goals for the future. If you don't agree with my plan we'll continue to collaborate until we are both comfortable achieving your goal.
What if I don't like how my hair turns out?
Great news, that doesn't happen around here! We are going to talk a LOT before, during, and after your appointment to ensure we are both confident with the plan and result.
How long will my appointment take?
Timing varies based on your hair density and length, but this is the timing I have for an average head of hair.
Haircut & Style: 45 mins
Root Touch up: 1.5 hours
Highlights: 2.5-3 hours
Hair Extensions: 2 hours
I can't speed up your appointment. Plan to arrive on time and leave on time too!
How will I know how much this costs?
All of my prices are listed right here on my website. There are no hidden fees. The only time your pricing will change is if you add additional services during our consultation.
